AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTI0~ 30-142,2 OF THE COD~ <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1951, AS AMENDED, <br />SO AS TO MAKE WATER STREET BE/54'E~N HIGH STREET AND <br />NORTH STREET A TWO WAY STREET. <br /> <br />Virginia, <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />that Section 30-14202 of the Code of the City o£ Portsmouth, <br />1951, as amended, be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 30-142.2. Water Street between High Street and <br /> County Street. <br /> <br /> Water Street between High Street and County Street is hereby <br />designated a one-way street.
