feet by three feet stone box culvert under the track of Seaboard Air Line <br />Railroad Company, said box culvert being distant nine hundred and twenty- <br />five (925) feet northeasterly from said railroad's six mile post; thence <br />in a northerly and northeasterly direction along the various courses of <br />the present corporate limits of said City as established by orders entered <br />in the Circuit Court of Norfolk County on August 20, 1959, on September 27, <br />1946, and June 26, 1918, and an order entered in the Clerk's 0~fice of the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, on September 25, 1933, <br />to a point (Point 3) where an extension of the eastern right o£ way line <br />of Hamilton Avenue intersects the Port Warden's Line on the Western Branch <br />of the Elizabeth River; thence due north to a point (Point 4) in the cen~er <br />of the entrance channel to the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River, as <br />said channel is shown on Coast and Geodetic Survey Chart 452, 14th edition, <br />June 19, 1961; thence in a northeasterly direction along the center line of <br />said channel to a point (Point 5) in the center o£ the main ship channel o£ <br />the Elizabeth River as shown on said Chart 452; thence in a northerly direc- <br />tion along the cen~er line of said channel as shown on said Chart 452 and on <br />Coast and Geodetic Survey 400, 25th edition, last revised June 5, 1961, ~o <br />a point (Point 6) due east of the point where the western line of said <br />channel is intersected by the s~dthern line of the fairway for shallow-draft <br />vessels and tows, which point of intersection lies approximately one hundred <br /> <br /> <br />
