The words 'tattoo <br />establishment~' shall IRe;iii any roo~l oF SDaCC where <br />tattooing is practiced or M~ere tl~e business of tattooing <br />is conducted, or any part thereof. <br /> {d) Tattoo operator. The words "tattoo <br />operator" sl/all mean any pezson who controls, operates, <br />conducts or manages any tattoo establishment, Mmther <br />actually performing the work of tattooing or <br /> tt shall be unlawful for any person in <br />city to operate a tattoo ostabiishment or engage <br />the practice or business, of tattooing, as a tattoo <br />operator or as a tattoo artist. <br /> Any person who sha.ll violate the provisions <br />of this s~ction shall~ upon conviction thereof, be fined <br />not more than one hundred dollars, and each day's <br />operation shall tut~ a s~parata offense. <br /> <br /> <br />
