(~) <br /> <br />The aggregate value of all household and kitchen furniture, <br />including gold and silver plates, plated ware, watches and <br />clocks~ sewing machinee~ refrigerators, automatic refrigerat- <br />ing machinery, vacuum cleaners and all other household <br />machinery, books, firearms and weapons of all kinds° <br /> <br />The aggregate value of all pianos~ organs, victrolas, phono- <br />graphs and records To be used therewith and all other musical <br />instruments of whatever kind. radio instruments and equip- <br />ment. <br /> <br />(Il) The aggregate value of all oil paintings, pictures, statuary, <br /> curios, articles of virtu and works of art. <br /> <br />(12) The aggregate value of all diamonds, cameos or other precious <br /> s~ones and all precious metals as ornaments or jewelry° <br /> <br />(13) <br /> <br />The aggregate value of all ships, tug boats, barges, boats <br />or other craft of five tons burthen or over and all other <br />floating property, not required ~o be assessed by the State <br />Corporation Commission~ used for business or pleasure, to- <br />gether with their tackle, rigging, furniture and alt else <br />that pertains to them or of any share or interest therein, <br />though such boats or other watercraft or any one of them may <br />no~ he at the time of the assessment in waters of the State~ <br /> <br />(14) <br /> <br />The aggregate value of all other tangible personal property <br />not herein specifically enumerated, including the value of <br />all seines, pound nets~ fykes, weirs and other devices for <br />catching fish and the aggregaze value of all ~oll bridges, <br />turnpikes and ferries~ except s~eam ferries owned and operated <br />by a chartered company, and the value of all poles~ wires~ <br />switchboards, telephone or telegraph instruments~ apparatus <br />and other such proper~y, owned by any person~ firm, association <br />or company not incorporated. <br /> <br />(15) Tangible Personal Property used or employed in trades and <br /> businesses hereinafter mentioned: <br /> <br /> Amusement business, including theatres of every kind and class; auctioneers~ <br />barbers, including beauty shops~ bowling~ billard and pool rooms, collection <br />a~enczes~ contractors~ plumbers and s~eam fitters, educational institutions whose <br />propert~ is taxable under the Constitution and laws of this State~ garage business, <br />hospitals~ hotels~ laundries, including cleaning, pressing and dyeing establish- <br />ments~ lodging and boarding houses, motor vehicle carriers~ photographs~ restau- <br />ran~s~ including eating houses and cafeterias~ shoe shining business~ taxicab <br />business, including the business of motor vehicle hiring, ~ransfer business, and <br />undertakers and funeral directors, <br /> <br /> (B) ~11 boats or watercraft under five tons burthen used for business <br />or pleasure are hereby declared to be a separate class of ~angibl~ personal pro- <br />perry, the zax on which shall be Two Dollars and Seventy-five Cents ($2°75) on <br />each ome hundred dollars assessed valuation thereof° <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
