AN ORDINANCE TO A~,CEND SECTION 30-172 OF i~HE CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA. t951, AS AMENDED, <br />SETTING THE HOURS FOR A~FORCE2~ENT OF PARKING METER <br />REGULATIONS ON OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That Section 30-172 of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1951, be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 20-172. W~en provisions of Article to apply. <br /> <br /> The provisions of this Article shall apply to <br />parking only between the ~ours of $:00 A~ M. and 6:00 P. M~, on days <br />other than Sundays° <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance shall be effective from <br />and after July 1, 1962. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held May 22, 19~2, <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
