Sec. 13-24. Charges for handling refuse at city <br /> incinerators, di~mps and land fills. <br /> <br /> Whenever refuse brought by any person to a city <br />incinerator, dump or land fill for disposal is of <br />such volume or character as to cause undue expense <br />to the city, the director shall refuse to accept the <br /> artless such person shall have agreed to pay a <br />service charge based upon the cost of handling and <br />disposing of such refuse. (6-27-61, ~ 7.) <br /> <br />Sec. 13-25. Service charge for special trips. <br /> <br /> lCnenever any person, firm , corporation or <br />association requests that garbage or refuse be <br />collected at any time other than in the course <br />of regularly scheduled routing of garbage trucks, <br />a service charge of $5.00 per trip shall be imposed <br />and collected. (6-27-61, ~ 8..) <br /> <br />Sec. 13-26. Application of sections 13-22, 13-25, <br /> 13-24 and 15-25. <br /> <br /> Wherever the ~erm, s "person, firm, corporation <br />or association" or "person" appear in sections <br />13-22j 13-23, 1S-24 and 13-2S hereof, the said <br />terms shall be taken to mean any entity whatsoever <br />using the services and facilities therein described, <br />including specifically~ but without limitation, <br />Portsmouth Redevelopment, and Housing Authority. <br />{Ordinance No. 1961-1S, <br /> <br />Sec, 13-27 Billing and collection procedures~ <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum service charge under section <br />13-21 shall be billed quarterly in advance.
