6, lying between the present northern right of <br />way line of PortsmouTh Boulevard and a line paral- <br />lel thereto and fifteen feet north thereof; sub- <br />ject to an easement in the southern ten feet <br />thereof as shown on the aforesaid plat; being a <br />portion of the property conveyed to William Thomas <br />Harrell and Jessie Credle Harrell by deed of <br />Gordon S.
