AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THAT PORTION OF KELLY DRIVE LYING EAST <br />OF THE EASTERN BOL~DARY OF RAVEN STREET. <br /> <br /> WHERE;~, by re$olutio~ of this CoUncil, adopted <br />October 8, 1963, viewers were appointed pursumnt to section <br />15-766 of the Code of Virginia, !930, as amended, to view the <br />hereinafter described street, and to report in writing whether <br />in their opinion~ ~y ~nd if any, what inconvenienze would result <br />from discontinuing the hereinafter described street% and <br /> <br /> ~{EREAS~ the said viewers have reported in writing that <br />in ~heir opinion no inconvenience would result from closing and <br />discontinuing said street. <br /> <br /> NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that that portion of Kelly Drive <br />lying east of the eastern boumdary of Raven Street be, and the <br />same is hereby closed mhd vacated as 8 public street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November !2, 196~o <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
