AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THAT CUL-DE-SAC STREET TO THE WEST OF <br />CRAFORD PI~ACE <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, that that Cul-De-Sac Street lying to the west of <br /> Craford Place be, and the same is hereby closed and vacated <br /> as a public street, reserving unto the Clt2 of Portsmouth, <br /> however~ the perpetual easement, right and privilege to maintain, <br />. operate.and replace alt public utility lines now situate within <br />~ : a strip twelve (12) feet wide, ~xtending six (6) feet on either <br />side of the center line of Craford Place extended, for a distance~ <br />~f one hundred fee~Jmore or less to the boundary of the ~0 S~ <br />' Naval Hospital; thence in a southwesterly direction parallel to <br />the boundary, of the U~ S.
