USE OF BUILDING Convention halls, gymnasiums, skating rinks, and other similar uses without fixed seats. Churches. Office or professional building of three stories, or less. Office or professional building of more than three stories. Airports, railroad passenger stations, bus depots, or other papsenger terminal facilities. Restaurants, night clubs, and taverns. General Business, commercial and personal service establishments. Alcoholic beverage package stores. Industrial and manufactur- ing establishments. MINIMUM NU~ER OF PARKING SPACES Adequate spaces as determined by tha Planning Commission after submission of site plan. i Space for each 4 seats in the main auditorium or sanctuary. 2 Spaces for each separate office provided plus adequate additional spaces as determined by the Planning Commission in consideration of the character of the bh~lding after sub- mission bz site plan. 1 Space for each 300 square feet of office space with a minimum bf t00 spaces. Adequate spaces as determined by P,l~nnlng Commission after submission of site plan. 1 Space for each 4 seats provided for customers. 1 Space for each 200 square feet of retail floor space, plus I space for each 1,000 square feet of stock room or storage space. 5 spaces minimum. 1 Space for each 200 square. feet of total space, with a mznimum of 20 spaces~ Spaces for all vehicles operated by the enterprise plus one space for each 5 employees computed on the greatest numoer of persons to be employed at any one period during the day or night. - B -
