TOGETHER with all easements of access, light or air incident <br />to land of the City of Portsmouth abutting upon the said property <br />hereinabove conveyed, the line or lines along which said easements <br />are located being described as follows: <br /> <br /> From a point on the proposed North ~ight of way and limited <br />access line opposite approximate Station 486+79.49 (Interstate <br />Route 264 Centerline) the lands of the landowner; thence along the <br />said proposed North right of way and limited access line to a <br />point opposite approximate Station 487+36.983 the lands of Fletcher <br />Taylor and shown in BLUE on said photo .copy. <br /> <br /> The total consideration for the aforesaid conveyances shall be <br />$24,174.00. <br /> <br /> This ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />morals and safety, an emergency is declared to exist and it shall be effective <br />from and after its passage. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting <br />held April 28, 1964. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
