(8) The aggregate value of all felled timber~ ties~ poles~ cord wood~ bark and other timber products and all agricultural products, in the hands or possession~ legal or censtructive~ of a purchaser~ provided that grain, tobacco and other agricultural products in the hands of a producer of the smme are hereby declared exempt from taxation as property under this ordinance. (9) The aggregate value of all household and kitchen furniture, including gold and silver plates, plated ware, watches and clocks~ sewing machines, refrigerators~ automatic refrigerating machinery, vacuum cleaners and all other household machinery~ books~ firearms and ,~eapons of all kinds~ [10) The aggregate value of all piancs~ organs, victrolas, phonographs and records to be used therewith mhd ali other musical inst~a- merits of whatever kind~ radio instruments and equipm.~nt. (il) The aggregate value of all oil paintings~ pictures~ statuary, curios~ articles of ~irtu and works of art. (12) The aggregate value of all diamonds, cameos or other precious stones and all precious metals as ornaments or jewelry° [is) The aggregate value of all ships, tug boats~ barges, boats or other craft of five tons burthen or over and alt other floating property, not required to be assessed by the State Corporation Commission, used for business o~ pleasure~ together wigh their tackte~ riggtng~ furniture and all else that pertains to them or of any sha~-,e or interest there~n, though such boats or other ~atercraft or any one of them may not be at the time of the assessment in ~aters of the State. [14) The aggregate value of all other tangible personal property nor herein specifically enumerated, including the value of alt seines, pound nets, fykes~ weirs and other devices for ca~:hing fish mhd the aggregate value of ali toll bridges, turnpikes mud ferries, except steam ferries o~ed and operated b~ a chartered company, ~r~d the value of all poles, ~ires, switchboards, telephone or telegraph instruments, app~aratus and other such property, owned by any person~ firm, association or company not incorporated. (1S) Tangible Personal Property used or employed in trades and businesses hereinafter mentionea: Amusement business, including theatres of every kind and class; auctioneers, barbers, including beauty shops, bowling~ billard and pool rooms~ collection agencies~ contractors~ plumbers ~nd ste~ fitters~ educational institutions whose property is taxable under the Constitution and laws of this State, garage business~ hospitats~ hotels~ 2
