(8) The aggregate value of all felled timber~ ties~ <br />poles~ cord wood~ bark and other timber products and all agricultural <br />products, in the hands or possession~ legal or censtructive~ of a <br />purchaser~ provided that grain, tobacco and other agricultural products <br />in the hands of a producer of the smme are hereby declared exempt from <br />taxation as property under this ordinance. <br /> <br /> (9) The aggregate value of all household and kitchen <br />furniture, including gold and silver plates, plated ware, watches and <br />clocks~ sewing machines, refrigerators~ automatic refrigerating machinery, <br />vacuum cleaners and all other household machinery~ books~ firearms and <br />,~eapons of all kinds~ <br /> <br /> [10) The aggregate value of all piancs~ organs, victrolas, <br />phonographs and records to be used therewith mhd ali other musical inst~a- <br />merits of whatever kind~ radio instruments and equipm.~nt. <br /> <br /> (il) The aggregate value of all oil paintings~ pictures~ <br />statuary, curios~ articles of ~irtu and works of art. <br /> <br /> (12) The aggregate value of all diamonds, cameos or other <br />precious stones and all precious metals as ornaments or jewelry° <br /> <br /> [is) The aggregate value of all ships, tug boats~ barges, <br />boats or other craft of five tons burthen or over and alt other floating <br />property, not required to be assessed by the State Corporation Commission, <br />used for business o~ pleasure~ together wigh their tackte~ riggtng~ <br />furniture and all else that pertains to them or of any sha~-,e or interest <br />there~n, though such boats or other ~atercraft or any one of them may not <br />be at the time of the assessment in ~aters of the State. <br /> <br /> [14) The aggregate value of all other tangible personal <br />property nor herein specifically enumerated, including the value of alt <br />seines, pound nets, fykes~ weirs and other devices for ca~:hing fish mhd <br />the aggregate value of ali toll bridges, turnpikes mud ferries, except <br />steam ferries o~ed and operated b~ a chartered company, ~r~d the value <br />of all poles, ~ires, switchboards, telephone or telegraph instruments, <br />app~aratus and other such property, owned by any person~ firm, association <br />or company not incorporated. <br /> <br /> (1S) Tangible Personal Property used or employed in trades <br />and businesses hereinafter mentionea: <br /> <br /> Amusement business, including theatres of every kind <br />and class; auctioneers, barbers, including beauty shops, bowling~ billard <br />and pool rooms~ collection agencies~ contractors~ plumbers ~nd ste~ <br />fitters~ educational institutions whose property is taxable under the <br />Constitution and laws of this State, garage business~ hospitats~ hotels~ <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
