and each Sunday a person is e~aged in Other <br />work, labor or business in violation of <br />§19-68, or employs others to be so engaged, <br />shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />19-68.2. Continued violations deemed a <br /> nuisance. <br /> <br /> In addition to the penalties upbn <br /> viction of violations hereinabove provided <br /> the premises in or upon which the violation <br /> occurred shall be deemed a rmisance after any <br />four violations of § 19-68 occurring within <br />· any ?r~od of twelve months have resulted in <br /> · convmctions. <br /> <br />19-68.3. Observance of Saturday. <br /> <br /> The penalties imposed by ~ 19-68.1 <br />and 19-68.2 shall not be incurred by any <br />person who conscientiously believes that <br />seventh d~y of the week ought to be observed <br />as a Sabbath, and actually refrains from all <br />secular business and labor on that day, pro- <br />vided he does not compel.an apprentic or <br />servant, not of his belief, to do secular <br />work or business on a Sunday. <br /> <br /> This ordinance being necessary <br />the preservation of the public health, morals <br />and ,safety, an emergency is declared to exist <br />and ~t shall take effect from mud ~ <br />pass~e. ~ <br /> <br /> Adopted by .1 Of <br />of at <br />December <br /> <br /> <br />
