The words "abg~ndoned <br />vehicle" as used in this ~rticle shall be held to <br />include any vehicle that is unlicensem s~nd without <br />a current inspection certificate, ±~ required~ and <br />in addition thereto, ~v~y contain one or more of <br />the following elements: rusted, ~,mecked, junked, <br />pamtiaiiy dismantled, inoperative, discarded or <br />abandoned. <br /> <br /> (b) ~Debris. The word "debris" as used in <br />this article shall be held to include cuttings <br />of weeds, as herein defined, trash, jur~, disc~lrd- <br />ed or abandoned parts of veh±c!es, or ar~ other <br />material which may provide a hidir~ place for <br />sn~{es or rats, or anytt~ing or aNf condition <br />which ~my be a fire ,.menace or breedings place <br />for mosquitos, give off obnoxious or offensive <br />odors or endanger the health of the residents of <br />this city, <br /> <br /> <br />
