any such period in either Case ,6~ ~ ~ons~6Utiveiy <br />with ~y period of suspension for failure to permit <br />a blood sample to be taken as required by ~ 18-53. <br />If any person has heretofore been convicted or <br />found not innocent of violating any similar act of <br />this state or similar city, to~,ua or county ordinance <br />and thereafter is convicted or found not innocent of <br />violating the provisions of ~ 18-52, such conviction <br />or finding for~ the purpose of this section and sec- <br />tion 18-56 shall be a subsequent offense and shall <br />be pumished accordingly. The court may, in its <br />discretion~ suspend the sentence during the good <br />behavior of the person convicted or found not innocent. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-65. Audible warning signal upon overtaking <br /> vehicle, <br /> <br /> ~e driver of an overtakimg motor vehicle when <br />traveling outside of a busines or residence district <br />shall when necessary to insure safe operation, give <br />audible warning with his horn or other warning device <br />before passir~ or attempting to pass a vehicle pro- <br />ceeding in the same direction. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-137.
