ORDINANCE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE:ZONI-N E OF THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, ]~961, BY AN~{DING SUBSECTION <br />(2) OF SECTION 4-3 THEREOF TO NAKE RENTAL OFFICES <br />FOR GROUP HOUSING PROJECTS A PEI~ITTED ACCESSORY <br />USE. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that subsection (2) of <br />Section 4-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Oity of <br />Portsmouth, 1961, be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 4y3. <br /> <br />PERMITTED USES ~: <br />(2) Accessory uses and struc- <br />tures incidental to any per- ' <br />mitted residential use, such <br />as servant's quarters, garages, <br />greenhouses, workshops, and <br />rental offices related solely : <br />to the~operation of a group <br />housing project as defined, pro-: <br />vided that none shall be rented <br />or occupied for gain and that no <br />accessory building shall be in- _ <br />habited by other than employees <br />of ~e o~er, lessee, or tenant <br />of the premises, and provided <br />further that no accessory build~ <br />ing to be used for living quar- . <br />ters shall be constructed u~n a <br />plot unti~ the const~ction of <br />the principal building ~s been <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council <br />mouth, Virginisi at a meeting he! <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />,- 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />
