ICE CReaM AND OTHER ICE CONFECTIONERIES <br /> VENDORS. <br /> <br />Section 18-331. Equipment. <br /> <br /> in addition ~o all other recu~r~uen~s of <br />law every motor vehicle used for dispensing or <br />selling ice cream or other ice confectioneries <br />to the general public on the ssreevs of this City <br />shall have the following equipment %nstailed and <br />in operasion: <br /> (a) k yellow sign with b!aek ietsers indicating <br />"Frequent Stops" on front and back 3f the vehicle~ <br />which shall be readable at a distance of t00 feet <br />therefrom, said sign ~o be placed on the uppermos~ <br />per,ion of the vehicle body~ <br /> (b) A yellow sign -~ith black letters indicating <br />"CautiQn Children" on front and back of the vehicle~ <br />which shall be readable at a dissance of 100 feet <br />therefrom~ said sign to be placed on the uppermost <br />portion of the vehicle body. <br /> (c) ~nree amber clearance tam~s across the <br />top of the front of the vehicle, soaced evenly: <br />not less than 8 inches, nor more than 14 inches <br />apart, designed in such a manner as so show amber <br />light ~o the front only, said lights ~o be visible <br />at a dissance of 500 feet there½rom. <br /> <br /> <br />
