Ail surfaces shall be m~ntained free of broken glass, loose <br />shingles, crumbling stone or b~.ck~ excessive peeling paint or other condition <br />reflective of deterioration or inadequave ~minten~.ce. <br /> <br /> (m) Restrooms shall be surfaced with waterproof floors and shall be kept <br />choy, clean, and sanitary a~ all tLmes. Sufficient restroor~m shall be installed <br />and maintained for each sex comr,,ensura~e with ~ne use of the premises. Every <br />restroom shall be provided with a permanently installed artificial lighting fix- <br />ture, and a wall switch therefor which is free frmm dsr~er of short circuiting. <br /> <br /> (n) Ail premises shall be properly cormected to and provided with electric <br />power. Ail sucJn cor~nectionS and electrical equipment shall be installed and <br />m~intained in corz~o~aity with the provisior~ of the Portsmouth Electrical Code <br />and other applicable ordLuances. <br /> <br /> (o) Maxkmum fuse sizes conSistant with safety shall be posted conspicuously, <br />and no ~zse shall be installed in a fuse box in excess of the stated maximum except <br />that owners and operators shall not be responsible for violation in fuse installa- <br />tions without their knowledge .~nere the correc~ maximum is stated and the fuse <br />box is located witb?n any part of the premises '~nich is in the exclusive <br />possession of occupants other than the owr. er, in which case such occupant shall <br />be responsible for such violations. <br /> <br />Sec. 4-70.
