Deposit against damages. <br /> <br /> (a) Before any permit to use the anuory may be <br />issued, the applicant shall deposit with the City a <br />casn deposit, bond or insurance policy in au amount <br />not less than $300.00 to cover the cost of damages <br />sustained by the armory or any of the equipment, fix- <br />tu~es, or facilities located therein by reason of the <br />use or occupancy thereof by the applicant ~ <br /> <br /> (b) Within thirty .days following the use of the <br />armory by the applicant, any such deposit, or portion <br />thereof, bond or insurance policy not necessary to <br />cover the .cost of the dsr~ages shall be refunded or <br />cancelled, as the case rosy be. <br /> <br />Sec. 25-28.
