Sec. 37.1-9. Precinct No. 8. (~mshall). The boundaries of Precinct No. 8 shall be as follows: Beginning at a point where the center line of Elm Avenue intersects ~the center line of Glasgow Street and fram thence runnirg north along the center line of Elm Avenue to its intersection with the center of the channel of Scotts Creek, thence westerly along the center of the channel of Scotts Creek to the branch thereof lying between the section k~ovm as West Park View and the section fomerly belonging to Shea and Sametimes called Shea Terrace, thence southerly along the center of the channel of said Branch of Scotts Creek, its various courses, to the center of Glasgow Street at a point near the ~;~znicipal Stadium, mud thence east along the center line of Glasgow Street to the point of beginning. Sec. 37.1-10. Precinct No. 9. (Monroe). The boand~ries of Precinct No. 9 shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Chestnut Street with the. center line of High Street, and running thence west alorg the center line of H~gh Street to its intersection with the center line of Hatton Street projected into High Street, thence north along the center line of Hatton Street to its intersection with the center line of Glasgow S~reet, thence west along the center line of Glasgow Street to the center Of the channel of a branch of Scotts Creek %.~nere a culvert extends under such stree5 near the Municipal Stadiu~ and west of Chesapeake Avenue, thence northerly along the center of the channel of the Branch of Scotts ~reek to the center of the channel of such creek, thence westerly along the center ~of the channel of such creek to the next branch thereof, and thence westerly and southerly along the center of the channel of the last mentioned 5ran-ch of such creek to the center line of Cu~erce Street if the sase is pro- j.ected easterly in a .straight line, thence weste~,,ly along such projected line to the eastern l~ne of the property of the Norfolk and Po~%as~uth Belt Line Railroad C~mpany, %~hence southerly along the east~r:n line of such railroad company's property to its intersection with the northern line of the property of the Seaboard Air' Line Railroad Company; thence.~ easterly along the rorth?n line Of the property of the Seaboard'Air Line Railroad Cc~apa~j to its intersection With the center line of Perf~nsula Avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Peninsula Avenue to the center line of County Street; thence east along the center line of County Street to its intersection with the center line of Chestnut Stregt, and' thence north along the center line of Chestnut Street to the center line of High Street, at the point of beginning,.
