Be it ordained by bhe Council of the City of <br />Port~uouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the Cede of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1961, be amended by amending section <br />18-102 thereof, and by adding thereto a new section <br />numbered 18-102.1, such amended and new sections <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 18-102. King Street between Crawford Street <br /> and Harbor Drive. <br /> <br /> King Street between Crawford Street and Harbor <br />Drive is hereby designated a one-ray street, it <br />shall be ~r~awful for ar& person to drive any ve- <br />hicle east on King Street between Crawford Street <br />and Harbor Drive. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-102.1. King Street between Waver Street <br /> and Crawford Street. <br /> <br /> Kdmg Street between Water Street mud Crawford <br />Street is hereby desig~nated a one-~ray street. It <br />shall be unlawful for a~& person to drive any ve- <br />hicle west on King Street between Water Street and <br />Crawford Street. <br /> <br />2.
