T_mproper driving. <br /> <br /> Notwithst~ding the Foregoing pro, vision,s <br />of this division, upon the vrial of az~ per- <br />son charged ~.~ith a violation thereof ~,~nere the <br />degree of culpgoility is sl~at, the court in <br />its discretion may find the accused not guilty <br />of reckless drivins but gutitty of improper driv- <br />ing and Z~ose a fine not to exceed one hundred <br />dollars. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-45. <br /> <br />Same - Reckless drivir~ for <br />exceeding speed of sixty-five or <br />seventy-five miles per hour. <br /> <br /> When ar6~ person simtl be convicted of reck- <br />less driv~ as provided for in section <br />18-41 (9) of this chapter, then in addition <br />to any other pel~lties provided by law, ex- <br />cept in those cases for which revocation of <br />licenses is provided in Code of Virginia, <br />section 46.t-~17, tlne operator's or chauffeur's <br />licer~e of such person shall be suspended by <br />the court or judge for a period of not less <br />than sLxty d~s nor more th~n six months. In <br />case of conviction the commit or judge shall <br />ormer the suu~render of the license vo vhe court <br />where it shall be disposed of in accordance <br />with the provisions of Code of Virginia, sec- <br />tion 46.1-425. ~fnem the conviction is a <br />second con~iction ~.~-zich would require revoca- <br />tion under the provisions of Code of Virginia, <br />section 46.1-417, the court shall suspend the <br />operator's or chauffeur's license of such pe? <br />son and thereupon vraz~s~..mit the same to the <br /> <br /> <br />
