Sec. 18-43.2. T_mproper driving. Notwithst~ding the Foregoing pro, vision,s of this division, upon the vrial of az~ per- son charged ~.~ith a violation thereof ~,~nere the degree of culpgoility is sl~at, the court in its discretion may find the accused not guilty of reckless drivins but gutitty of improper driv- ing and Z~ose a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars. Sec. 18-45. Same - Reckless drivir~ for exceeding speed of sixty-five or seventy-five miles per hour.
