Use of plastic tubing <br /> aut~o?ized. <br /> <br /> Anythir~s in section 29-131, above, to the <br />contr~ry not~ithstandin~ plastic_ tubi~ may be <br />used in the construction of water service lines, <br />provided such tubing is of sucln size ar~ con- <br />struction as may be approved for such use by <br />the Depa~.ent of Health of the Co,~nonwealth <br />of Virginia and the Director of Public <br />Utilities of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> An amer~gency exists and this ordinance <br />shall take effect from its passage. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />August 9, 1966. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
