Lockst&m~for, husband and vcife, <br />have n~de application to vacate, close and discontinue tlne hereir~ter <br />described street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ by resolution of this council, adopted April 11, <br />1967, viewers were appointed pursuant to Section 15.1-364 of the Code <br />of Virginia, 1950, as mm, ended, to view the hereinafter described <br />street, and to report in writing whether in their opinion, any, end <br />if any, what inconvenience would result from discontinuing the herein- <br />after described street; smd <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said viewers have reported in writing that in <br />thei~ opinion no inconvenience would result from closing and discon- <br />tinuing said street. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE..
