Waterfront W-1 District Uses. <br /> <br /> (a) Within the Waterfront W-1 District the follo~L~g uses are <br />allowed: <br /> <br />Accessory uses and structures incidental to any permitted residential <br />use,~such as servant's quarters, garages, greer~ouses or workshops, <br />provided that none~sball be rented or occupied for g~ain~ that no <br />accessory b-~ilding~hall be Lnhabited by other then e~loyeeSof the <br />o~wner, lessee, or termnt of the premises~ provided that no accessory <br />buildir~to be used for living q~rters shall be constructed mpon a <br />plot until the cor~truction of the principal buildi~ has been com- <br />menced. <br /> <br />Agencies and offices rendering specialized se~zices Ln the professions, <br />finance, real estate and brokerage, including service agencies not <br />invo!vingon-premises retail trade or on-pre~ises se~ices v~th and <br />to the general public~ nor ~£nolesale trade on~premises~ nor ~ainten- <br />ance of a stock of goods for sale to the general public. <br /> <br />Alcohol beverage packaged retail sales. <br /> <br />Automobile parking operated in conjunction ~_th permitted uses and in <br />accordance with the requirements of Section 3-19. <br /> <br />Barber, beauty and other personal services. <br /> <br />Clubs and other places of entertsinment operated as co~ercia! enter- <br />prises. <br /> <br />Drugstores. <br /> <br />Dwellirg, mu!ti-fsmily, except attached row and two-faw~ly. <br /> <br />E~bibitions designed for j udg~ent or display when sponsored by civic <br />or charitable organizations and when the net proceeds are used for <br />civic or p~haritable purposes. <br /> <br />Finance am~d loan co~sm~ies. <br /> <br />Government bull ~di~gs: used exclusively by the Federal, Suave, County <br />or City Gove~ent for puol_c purposes. <br /> <br />Hotels ~nd inns. <br /> <br />Hotels mn ~hicn services customarily incident to the operation there- <br />of may be conducted for the conver~tenoe of the occups_nts of the hotel, <br />provided there is no advertisi~ si~, no show ~ndow, or no entrance <br /> <br /> <br />
