Hotels in which services custmmar~ly incident to the operation thereof may be conducted for the convergence of the occupm~ts of the hotel, provided there is no advertisirg sign, no show vY~ow, or not entrance to such place of business excepv fram the inside of the bui!dirg. A name plate nov exceeding five aq. ft. in area may be attaclned to the wall of a hotel at the entrance, but there s~hall be n~ illu~inate~ sign, display or other form of si~n or advertisement. Incidental accessory retail uses such as cafeterias, gift or variety shops, soda bars conducted solely for the conver~iance of the ampioyees, patients~ patror~ or visitors on the premises, wholly ~.~ith~--n the principal buitdirg ~ without exterior advertising displ~'. Incidental keeping of nor~tr~ient boarders or lodgers by a resident family, provided not more tb~n 50% of the ~otat floor a~ea in one dwell~ used for living p~u~poses is devoted to such occupancy.
