Grounds for gs~mes or sports, parks, eoLhn¥i~y clubs~ recreational and <br />oomumity center buildi..~s, and other sL~lar activities not operated <br />for profit. <br /> <br />Horses, cows, sheep, goats, and other live stock, ~th the exception <br />of hogs, as incidental and accessory to residential usage on a plot <br />of not less than 20,000 sq. ft., pro%~ded that not more th~n one such <br />animal over six months of age is permitted for every 5000 sq. ft. of <br />fenced lot area not covered by the principal building, s]nd provided <br />further that no barn or stable is less than 40 feet from any prop- <br />erty line. <br /> <br />Horses, cows, sheep, goaus, and other live stock, ,~ith the exception <br />of hogs, on a plot of not less than five acres, provided that no barn <br />or stable is less than forty feet from any property line. <br /> <br />Hospitals and sanitariumm of less than 30-bed capacity nov treatir~g <br />contagious diseases and not for the care of epileptics or liquor <br />patients; charitable institutions wb~ich are not of a correctional <br />r~ture and ~./o_ich are not intended for care of insane or feebleminded <br />patients; all provided they the buildir~ or buildiD~s be located not <br />less tlns~n 50 feet from any prope~ty line. <br /> <br />Incidental accessor~y retail uses such as cafeterias~ gift or variety <br />shops, soda bars conducted solely for the convenience of the employees, <br />patients, patrons or visitors on the pre~.~ises, wholly -~thin tlne <br />principal building and ~ithout exterior advertising display. <br /> <br />Incidental keeping of non-transient boarders or lo~ers by a resident <br /> ~ oz the total floor area in one <br />family provided no~ more t~ ~ ~ <br />dwelling unit used for li~_ng ~ urposes is devoted to such occupancy. <br /> <br />Incide~al home occ~ations as ae_mnea in Section 3-2. <br /> <br />Non-conforming uses ~nd struct ~ures as provided in Sections 3-3 <br />throu~a 3-10, <br /> <br />Offices for doctors, la~yers, dentists ~ architects and engineers, <br />eor~iucted ~rlthin the principal bui!dir~ but only by a person resident <br />in th~ buil~oing, provided that not more ths_n one ~erson not a resident <br />of ~he premises is e~loyed and that not more thegn 25% of the total <br />floor area in any dweltir~ ur~t is devoted to such use. <br /> <br />Offices operated as an incidental hom~ occupation where no contact is <br />marne ~atn ~n~ general Dbulic, provided that not'more t~n 25% of the <br />total floor area ~n ~y dwelli~ unit is devoted to such occ~oancy. <br /> <br />Orphanages and cbm~ritab!e institutions~ provided that no building so <br />used sb~ll be ~tbin 100 feet of any plot line. <br /> <br />Police and fire stations. <br /> <br /> <br />
