Grounds for g~mes or sports, parks~ co~3_nt~y clubs, recreational and commm~ity center bui!dir~s, and other similar activities no~ operated for profit. Horses, co~,~, sheep~ goats, a~nd other live stock, ~clth the exception of hogs, as incidental and accessory to residential usage on a ~lot of not less th~n 20,000 sq. ft., provided that not more than one such arkimAl over six ~onths of age is penr~tted for every 5000 sq. ft. of fenced lot area not covered by the principal building, and provided further that no bs~n or stable is less than 40 feet from any prop- erty line.
