Section 4-8. Residential R-!50 District Uses. (a) Within the Residential R-150 District the follov~ng uses are allowed: Accessory uses and svruct~ures incidental to any permitted residential use, such as servant's quarters~ garages~ greer~ouses or workshops~ provided that none shai~ be rented or occupied for gain, that no accessory buildi~ shall be i~abited by other than employees of the o~aer, lessee~ or te~t of ~ pre~ses~ provided that no accessory buildi~ to be used for living quarters shall be constructed upon a plot until the construction of the principal building has bee~ com- menced. Apothecs~y sho~ operaved as a retail use within a buildings, the pr~r~_~y use of ~gnich i~ for a hospital, cli~_~c, or physicians' offices, pro- vided, that said a~othecary shop shall sell only drugs~, prescription medicines (both ethical and propriets_~y), medici~- supplies and appli- ances and pha~ceutical Droducts~ and pro~ided further~ that nor more than fifty percenv of the-~ound floor a~ea of such build~ be used for such apothecary shop.
