Section 4-8. Residential R-!50 District Uses. <br /> <br /> (a) Within the Residential R-150 District the follov~ng uses are <br />allowed: <br /> <br />Accessory uses and svruct~ures incidental to any permitted residential <br />use, such as servant's quarters~ garages~ greer~ouses or workshops~ <br />provided that none shai~ be rented or occupied for gain, that no <br />accessory buildi~ shall be i~abited by other than employees of the <br />o~aer, lessee~ or te~t of ~ pre~ses~ provided that no accessory <br />buildi~ to be used for living quarters shall be constructed upon a <br />plot until the construction of the principal building has bee~ com- <br />menced. <br /> <br />Apothecs~y sho~ operaved as a retail use within a buildings, the pr~r~_~y <br />use of ~gnich i~ for a hospital, cli~_~c, or physicians' offices, pro- <br />vided, that said a~othecary shop shall sell only drugs~, prescription <br />medicines (both ethical and propriets_~y), medici~- supplies and appli- <br />ances and pha~ceutical Droducts~ and pro~ided further~ that nor more <br />than fifty percenv of the-~ound floor a~ea of such build~ be used <br />for such apothecary shop. <br /> <br />Automobile parki~ operated in core, unction ~t~o permitted uses sind in <br />accordance ~%th the requJ~ements of Section 3-19. <br /> <br />Churches and other places of worship, including parish houses and <br />Sunda~v school buildings. <br /> <br />Convalescent nursing and ~oster homes conmuct~awmtnmn the principal <br />buil~ding as an incidental home occupation. <br /> <br />Crop and tree farming, ~reemhouses and truck gardening including the <br />sale of products raised on the premises, provided that no retail stand <br />or other co~.rmuercial strac~re shall be located thereon and no green- <br />house heating plat shall be operated ~tb~n 20 feet~of any plot line. <br /> <br />Day nurseries and kindengarvens '' ~ an outdoor play area equivalent <br />to atileast 100 sq. ft. per child. <br /> <br />Dwellings, sirgle-fam%ly. <br /> <br />Fuel oil and kerosene for heating pu-~poses in above-board containers <br />not exceeding 275 gals. individual capacity or 550 gals. ag~egate <br />capacity. <br /> <br />Grounds for games or sports, p~ks, country clubs, recreational and <br />co~ur~tycenter buildings~ and other sivilar activities no~ <br />operated for profit. <br /> <br />Horses, cows~ sheep, goats~ and other live stock, with the exception <br />of hogs, as incidental and accessory to residential usage on a plot <br />of not less than 20,000 sq. ft., proviaed that nco mor~ ohan one su~n <br />ar~im~kl over six months of age is p~r~.~tted for every ~000 sq. ft. of <br /> <br />-30- <br /> <br /> <br />
