Comercial C-3 District Uses. <br /> <br /> (a) Within the Co~aercial C-3 District the follo~ir~ uses are <br />allowed: <br /> <br />Accessory uses ~ structures incidental to any penmitted residential <br />use, such as serv~nt's quarters, garbages, greenhouses or workshops, <br />provided that none shall be re~ed or occ'~ied for gain, that no <br />accessory building shall be ~aabited by other than em~ployees of the <br />owner, lessee, or tenant of the premises~ provided that no accessory <br />building vo be used for living quarters shall be constructed ~on a <br />plat until the constr~ction of the principal building ~s been com- <br />menced. <br /> <br />Accessory uses clearly incidental ~o a permitted use and which will <br />not create a nuisance or hazard. <br /> <br />Agencies and offices rendering specialized services in the professions~ <br />fir~nce, real estate and brokerage, includir~ se~ice agencies not <br />involving on-premises retail trade or on-premises services with and <br />to the general public, nor ~£aolesa!e trade on-pre~ises~ nor mainven- <br />ance of a stock of ~oods for sale to the general pbulie. <br /> <br />Alcohol beverage pack, aged retail sales. <br /> <br />Antiques ~ad gift retail sales. <br /> <br />supply retail sales. <br /> <br />Assembly halls: coliseums: ~nm~simm~, stadi,~r~ and sL~!ar str~ctures. <br /> <br />Automobile co~ercial parkLug enterprise. <br /> <br />Automobile parking operated in conjunction with per, rAtted uses and Ln <br />accordance vf~th the requiremenvs of Section 3-19. <br /> <br />Bakery shops and confectioneries %oerating both wholesale ~nd retail <br />businesses, provided such operations are lim~dted to 1500 souare feet <br />of manufacturing area and Lo the use of non-smoke producing t~vpes of <br />fu~r~ces. <br /> <br />Barber, beauty and other personal services. <br /> <br />Bicycle sale ~nd repair. <br /> <br />BlueprintLng ~nd photostating establishments. <br /> <br />Bookbindery. <br /> <br />Book and stationery store. <br /> <br /> <br />
