AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 18-115 OF T~ <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOU~H, VIRGINIA, 1961, <br />TO ~iRKE WATER STREET BEII,~EEN HIGH S~Y~E~i~ AND <br />COUNTY STPm~'±' A ~U~O-WAY STREET. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Vir~nia, that section <br />18-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1961, be, and the same hereby is <br />repealed. <br /> <br /> An emergency exists and this ordinance <br />shall take effect from its passage. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />February 28, 1967. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
