(m) Motel or Motor Court -- A buildirg or group of build- irgs containirg rooms for transient_guesbs; provided that there is a total of 500 square feet of open y~d space, ~ addition to space required for parking ar~ driveways, on the plot for eacln trar~ient tudit; and that there is 2,000 square feet of open ye~d space for each drilling unit. (n) Non-confo_urd_ng Use ~ A legally existing use of lard or buildir~ w~!ch fails to crumply ~ith the allowed or pe_r~itted uses in ~ticle 4 of this o '~rdinauce, either at the effective date of vhis ordinance, or as a result of subsequent amen~.ents to this o ~.rdinance.
