(8) The aggregate value of all felled timber, ties,
<br />poles, cord wood, bark and other timber~,products and all agricultura!
<br />products, in the hands or possessions legal or constructive, of a
<br />purchaser, pro~ided that grain, tobacco and other agricultural products
<br />in the hands of a producer of the same are hereby declared exempt from
<br />taxation as proper~y under this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> (9) The ~=o~egate value of all household and kitchen
<br />ftnmmiture, ~cluding gold and.~s~lver plates, plated ware, watches and
<br />Clocks, se~ng machines, refrigerators, autOmatic refrigerating maehin-
<br />ery~ vaccum cleaners and all other household machinery, books, firearms
<br />and weapons of-ali kinds.
<br />
<br /> (10) The age, gate value of all pianos~, organs, victrolas,
<br />phonographs and records to be used therewith and all other musical in-
<br />struments of ~/natever kind, radio instruments ar~ equipment.
<br />
<br /> (1!) The aggregate value of all oil paintings, pictures,
<br /> statuary~ curios~ articles of vi~tu and works of art.
<br />
<br /> ~ (12) The aggregate value of alt diamonds, cameos or
<br /> other precious stones and all precious metals as ornaments or jewelry.
<br />
<br /> (3) The aggregate value of all ships, tug boats, barges,
<br />boats or other craft of five ~ons burthen or over and all other float-
<br />~i~g property, not required to be assessed by the State Corooration Com-
<br />mission, used for business or pleasures, together witln thei~ tackle,
<br />rigging, furhiture and all else that pertains to them or of anS' share
<br />or interest therein, though such boats or other watercraft or any one
<br />of them may not be at the time of the assessment in ~aters 6f the State.
<br />
<br /> (14) The ~aggregate value of all other tangible personal
<br /> property not herein specifically enumerated, including the value of all
<br /> seines, pound heys, fykes, weirs and other devices for catching fish
<br /> and the aggregate value of all toll bridges, turnpikes, and ferries,
<br /> except steam ferries o,~ed and operated by a chartered company, and the
<br /> value of all poles, wires, s~,ritchboards~ telephone or telegraph in-
<br /> struments, apparatus and other such property, o~qed by any person, firm
<br /> association or co,~p~ny not incorporated.
<br />
<br /> (15) Tan~ble Personal Property used o~ employed in
<br />trades and businesses hereinafter mentioned: Amusement business, in-
<br />cludirg theatres of every kind and class; auctioneers, barbers,
<br />including beauty shops, bowling, billard and pool rooms, collection
<br />agencies, contractors, pltmabers mhd steam fitters~ educational ir~ti-
<br />tutions whose property is ts~xable under the Constitution and laws of
<br />-this State,. garage business, hospitals, hotels, laundries, includir~
<br />cleanir~, pressing and dyeing establishments, lodging and boarding
