(8) The ~aggregate value of all felled timber, ties,
<br />poles, cord wood, bark and other timber products and all agricultural
<br />products, in the hands or possession, legal or constructive, of a
<br />purchaser, provided that grain, tobacco and other agricultural products
<br />in the bands of a producer of the same are hereby declared exa~pt from
<br />taxation as property under this ordinance.

<br /> (9) The aggregate value of all household and kitchen
<br />furniture, including gold and silver plates, plated ware, watches and
<br />clocks, sewing machines, refrigerators, automatic refrigerating machin-
<br />ery, vaccum cleaners and all other household machinery, books, firearms
<br />and weapons of all kinds.
<br />
<br /> (t0) The aggregate value of all pianos, organs, victrolas,
<br />phonographs and records to be used therewith and all other musical
<br />struments of whatever kind, radio instrtments and equipment.
<br />
<br /> (11) The aggregate value of all oil paintings, pictures,
<br />statuary, curios, srticles of virtu and works of art.
<br />
<br /> (12) The aggregate value of all diamonds, cameos or
<br />'other precious stones m~ all precious metals as ornmments or Jewerty.
<br />
<br /> (13) The aggregate value of all ships, tug boats, barges,
<br />boats or other craft of five tons burthen or over and all other float-
<br />ing property, not required to be assessed by the State Corooration Com-
<br />mlssion, used for business or pleasure, together with thei~ tackle,
<br />rigging, furniture, and all else tb~t pertains to them or of any share
<br />or interest therein, though such boats or other watercraft or any one
<br />of them my not be at the time of the assessment in ~aters of the State.

<br /> (14) The a~egate value of all other tar~=ible persom~l
<br />property not herein specifically enumerated, including the value of =_il
<br />seines, pound nets, fykes, weirs and other devices for catching fish
<br />and the aggregate value of all toll bridges, ttu~npikes, and ferries,
<br />except steam ferries o~med sand operated by a chartered compars,, and the
<br />value of all poles, wires, s~tchboards, telephone or telegraph in-
<br />strum_.ents, apparatus mhd other such property~ o~med by any person, fi?m
<br />association or compazkv not inco~orated,

<br /> (15) Tangible Personal Property used or employed in
<br />trades and businesses hereinafter mentioned: kv~usement business, in-
<br />cluding theatres of every kind s.nd class; auctioneers, barbars,
<br />including beauty ships, bowlir~, billard and pool room~, collection
<br />agencies, contractors, plumbers and steam fitters, educational insti-
<br />tutions whose property is taxable under the Constitution and la~m of
<br />this State, garage business, hospitals, hotels, lauD_dries, including
<br />cleaning, pressim~ and dyeing establis~nents, lodging ar~ boardin~
