Same; specific instances. A person shall be guilty of recklessdrivingwho shall (a) Drive a vehicle when not underproper control~o? with inadequa2e or ~im~.rOperly adjusted brakes upon any highway Of ~his~city; (b)~ While driving a vehical~ overtake andPass'ano~h~r vehicle proceeding in the same direction, upon or approaChingthe:crest of a grade.or upon or~ .app~ching a curve in the highway, where the~driver's ~iew. along the highway is obstructed, except wherethe Overtaking vehicle is being operated on ahighway having two or more designated lanes of roadway for each direction of travel or on a desi~natedone-way street or highway; (b)'Drive a vehicle when it is so loaded, or when there are in the front seat such number of persons~ as to obstruct the view of the driver to the front or sides of the vehicle or to interfere with ' the driver's control over the driving mechar~ism of the vehicle; (c) Pass or attempt to pass two other vehicles abreast ,.moving in the same direction, except on highways having sepm-ate roadways of three or more lanes f~r each direction of travel, or on designated one-way streets or highways; (dl) Drive any motorvehicle, including any motor- cycle, so as to be in and parallel to another vehicle in a lane designed for one vehicle, or drive any nmtor vehicle, including any motorcycle, so as to travel parallel to any ot~r vehicle travelling in a lane designed for one vehicle; provide~ hm~ever, this subsection shali no, apply to any validly authorized parade, motorcade or motorcycle escort.
