Section 4-7. Commercial C-3 District Uses. <br /> <br /> (a) Within the Corrmercial C-3 District the following uses are <br />allowed: <br /> <br />Accessory uses and structures incidental to any permitted residential <br />use, such as servanth quarters, garages, greenhouses or workshops, <br />provided that none shall be rented or occupied for gain, that no <br />accessary building shall be inhabited by other than a~aployees of the <br />owner, lessee, or tenant of the premises; provided that no accessory <br />building to be used for living quarters shall be constructed upon a <br />plot until the construction of the principal building has been com- <br />n~nced. <br /> <br />Accessory uses clearly incidental to a penmitted use and which will <br />not create a nuisance or hazard. <br /> <br />Agencies and offices rendering specialized services in the professions, <br />finance, real estate and brokerage, including service agencies not <br />involving on-premises retail trade or on-premises services with and <br />to the general public, nor wholesale trad~ on-premises, nor mainten- <br />ance of a sto~k of goods for sale to the general public. <br /> <br />Alcohol beverage packaged retail sales. <br /> <br />Antiques and gift retail sales. <br /> <br />Art supply retail sales. <br /> <br />Assembly halls, coliseums, gymnasiums, stadiums and similar structures. <br /> <br />Automobile commercial parking enterprise. <br /> <br />Automobile parking operated in conjunction ~th permitted uses and in <br />accordance with the requirements of Section 3-19. <br /> <br />Bakery shops and confectioneries operating both wholesale and retail <br />businesses, provided such operations are limited to 1500 square feet <br />of manufacturing area and to the use of non-smoke producing types of <br />furnaces. <br /> <br />Barber, beauty and other personal services. <br /> <br />Bicycle sale and repair. <br /> <br />Blueprinting and photostating establishments. <br /> <br />Bookbindery. <br /> <br />Book and stationery store. <br /> <br />Bus passenger stations. <br /> <br />-14r <br /> <br /> <br />
