Section 4-6. Commercial C-2 District Uses. <br /> <br /> (a) Within the Commercial C-2 District the following uses are <br />allowed: <br /> <br />Accessory uses aud structures incidental to any permitted residential <br />use, such as servant's quarters, garages, greenhouses or wbrkshops, <br />provided that none shall be rented or occupied for gain, that no <br />accessory building shall be inhabited by other than employees of the <br />owner, lessee, or tenant of the premises'; providing that no accessory <br />building to be used for living quarDers shall be constructed upon a <br />plot until the construction of the principal building has been comenced. <br /> <br />Accessory uses clearly incidental to a permitted use and which will not <br />create a nuisance or hazard. <br /> <br />Agencies and offices rendering specialized sera~ces in the professions, <br />finance, real estate and brokerage, including service agencies not <br />involving on-premises retail trade or on-premises service with and <br />to the general public, nor wholesale trade on-promises, nor maintenance <br />of a stock of goods for sale to the general public. <br /> <br />Alcbhol beverage packaged retail sale~. <br /> <br />Amusement enterprises similar to billiards, pool, bowling shooting <br />gallery, roller rink, dance hall, but hot including theater. <br /> <br />Antiques and gift retail sales. <br /> <br />Appliance distributors for wholesaler <br /> <br />Art supply retail sales. <br /> <br />Assembly halls, cotiset~ns, gymnasimms, stadiums and similar structures. <br /> <br />Assembly of machines and appliances from previously prepared parts. <br /> <br />Automobile (new and used) and accessory sales. <br /> <br />Automobile commercial parking enterprise. <br /> <br />Automobile parking operated in conjunction with permitted uses and in <br />accordance ~th the requirements of Section 3-19. <br /> <br />Automobile repair garages. <br /> <br />Automotive and industrial supplies m wholesale and retail. <br /> <br />Bakery shops and confectioneries operating both wholesale and retail <br />businesses, provided such operations are ~lLmited to 1500 square feet <br />of manufacturing area and to the use Of non-smoke producing types of <br />furnaces. ~- <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br /> <br />
