Section 105. Partial Invalidity: <br /> <br /> In the event that any portion, secvion, subsection, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance shall be declared illegal, invalid or unconsvi- <br />tutional by .final judgment of ~ cou~t of competent jurisdiction, such <br />judgment shall not invalidate any other portion, section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause or phrase hereof, but all parts of said ordinance not ex- <br />pressly held to be invalid shall re~a~n in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 106.
