A~y person who shall fail to appear before said D~=~ector of Finance and produce such reco~ls, books and papers, wlnen duly smm~_.oned, or who shall refuse to permit said Director of Finance to ~e or cause to be made such other and further investigation and audit of said books and papers, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less them $25 nor more than $500.00. Section 15. Assessment of Additio~al License Taxes: Whene~-er the License Inspector or any other officer of the city charged in any Fedaner with the duty of assessimg or collecting license taxes shall ascertain that any person should be assessed-~th any addi- tiom~a_l license tax or taxes, pursuant tc the provisions of this ordinance, it sb~ll be his duty to report the sa~e, toget-her with the emotunt thereof, to the Commissioner of the Revenue~ who shall thereupon assess such per- son with such additior~l license tax or taxes as may be so remorted ~o ~m to be due. The Co~ssioner of the Revenue s~mll mail a copy of such assess- ment to the persom against whom assessed, mhd shall also transmiv a copy thereof to the City Treasurer. In the event the said additional license tax or taxes so assessed sb~ll not have beem paid within thirty days after such assessment, the City Treasurer shall transmit the smme to the City Attorney for collection. Section 16.
