Residential R-150 District Primarily a district for single-family detached dwell- irgs on large plots and includirg the custamary second- ary uses. Residential R-100 Primarily a district for single-famii~ detached dwell- ings on medium size plots and including the customary secondary uses. Residential R-75 District P~imarily a single-family residence district but in- cluding occasional twc-f~mily~ and multi-f~rdly struc- tures on large plots. Residential R-?5-S District Primarily a sirgle-f&mily residence district with smaller plot areas required and including the customary Secondary %~se. Office Residential2 OR-75 District Same as Residential-75 but ~nclud~r~g professlona~ ofzlces for specialized services to the F~blic not including re- tail or wholesale trade in goods stocked on the pr~mises. Residential R-60 District Prirarily a multi-family residence or apartment district. Residsntial R-60-A District Primarily a m~lti-family residence or apartment district but providing for some s~ui-c~umercial activities which would not appreciably increase the cent=tmon o= traffic. Waterfront W-1 District Primarily for office buildirgs, both goverrmental and private, ar~ high rise apartments, but includL~g other types of public buildings, certain ca~uercial activities, and certain recreatio~%l facilities peculiarly suited to a waterfront location. Section 4-9.1. Office Residential 0R-75. District Uses. (a) Within the Office Residential OR-75 District the foliow~ uses are al_lowed: Accessory uses and structures incidental to ar~ permitted resider~ial use, such as sea~¢ant's quarters, garages~ greenhouses or workshops, providedt~t none shall be rented or occupied for gain, t~at no accessory bui!d~ shall be in- ~bited by other than amployees of the o~er, lessee, or ter~ut of the pramises; Provided that no accessory buildirg ~o be used for living quarters sD~ll be con- structed upon a plot until the constraction of the principal buildinE has been CO~denced. -2--
