Section 5-5. Coramercial C-3 District Dimensional Requirements. Within the Cmu~ercial C-3 District as shown on the ZoriingMap, all the following dimensional requiren~nts ~hall be complied with: (a) Minimum required building setback 'liRe. Each building in the Commercial C-3 District shall be set back at least 40 feet from the center line of all s~re_ts, except that every building adjoining a street whmch has a buildmng se~bac~ line prescribea in the City Code shall be set back ~n ac- cordance therewith. (b) Required yards. No yards are required, eXCept that if the rear of the plot abuts a residential district there shall be a rear yard of at least twenty-five feet. (c) Off-street automobile parking space is not required in the C-3 zoning district. (d) Off-street loading. Space for this function shall be provided as specified in Section 3-20.
