AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE T~&T PORTION 0P THE PLatT 0P CAVAL~ ML~NOR, SEOTION 22, DESIGNAT~iO ~ON AS LOTS 64 Th~0UGH 76 INCLUSF~, AND ~Y~T PORTION OF THE PLAT OF CAVALIF~R M~OR~ SD~BD~V-iSiON OF LOTS 126A A~0 127, SECTION 21, DESIGNATED THEP~EON AS P~_RCF~ "A". ~g~LREAS~ Cavalier Estates De'~elopment Company, a partnership composed of Plymouth Development Corporation, Dale Fslrless Realty Co~_~o- ration, Cavalier Cove Corporation and Bold Corporation, which partnersb_ip is the owner of all the property hereinafter described, bas m~de applica- tion to vacate that portion of the plat entitled "Cavalier M~uaor, Section 22, Portsmouth, Virginia"~ desig~nated thereon as Lots 64 through 76 inclu- sive, and b~s further ~ade application to vacate that portion of the plat entitled ~Subdivision of Lots 126A and 12'[, Section 21, Cavalier M~nor, Portsmouth, Virgirkia~" desig~nated thereon as Parcel "A"; and ~,~S, the Planning Co~mission, after due notice and hearir~ has recomended that the portions of. the aforesaid plats herein described be vacated; and ~EAS~ the Council after due notice, has held a public hea~ing on the application; NOW, ~!ER~-m~ORE, BE IT OP/)A/3~D by the Council of the City of Portsmomth: Virginia, that the said Council~ pursuant to subsection 15.1- ~82(K) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, hereby vaca5es those .portions of the aforesaid ~lats recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth and more particularly des- cribed as follows, to-wit: Beginnf_ng at a po~_nt on the Southern line of %~arfield Drive at the dividing line between Parcel "A" and Lot 127A as shov~ on the plat entitled "Subdivision of Lots 126A and t27~ Section 21, Cavalier M~nor, Porta~Duth, Virginia" and duly of record in the Cle:~k's Office of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth in Map .Book 5 at page 38; thence South I1°45'30" East, 120 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 127A on said plat; thence west~mrdly on said plat and eontinuir~ on the plat of Section 22 of Cavalier M~mnor which is of record in the above mentioned Clerk's Office in Map Book 6 at page 3, South 78°14'30" West, 1~306 feet to the Western line of Lot 64 as sho~ on the Section 22 plat; thence North 11o45'3©" West, 150.67 feet to the South side of Roosevelt Boulevard; thence along the src of a curve to the left Whose radius is 260 feet a distance of 15.95 feet to a point; thence along the arc of a curce to the rig~ht whose radius is 10.00 feet a distance of 12.75 feet to a point on the South side of Warfield Drive; t~ence continuing along the Southern side of s~id Warfield Drive
