T.F~ <br />SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> ~ h <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Por~smout , <br />Virginia, t~at sections 37.1-42 and 37.1-43 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, be .amended and reordained to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 37.1-42. Precinct No. 4 <br /> <br /> The votimg place for Precinct No. 4 shall be the V~i~t <br />M~rorial Methodis~ Church at 400 Fourth Straet. <br /> <br />Sec. 37.1-43. Precinct No. 5 <br /> <br /> The votirg place for Precinct No. 5 shall be the Robert <br />E.
