Distillation of bones, coal, petroleum, refuse, grain, tar, and wood. <br />Explosives, sramnniti~, fireworks, ~unpowder manufact~u~e. <br /> <br />Fat rendering~ production of fats and oils from animal or vegetable products <br />by boiling or distillations. <br /> <br />- Fertilizer msnufacture~ <br /> <br />Food processing in wholesale quantities of meat, seafood, poultry, 'vinegar <br />or yeast. <br /> <br />Forging plants. <br /> <br />Garbage, offal, and animal reduction or processing. <br />Garbage and waste incinerators. <br /> <br />Glue and size manufacture. <br /> <br />J~<y~rds, hut only when conducted within an area permanently enclosed by a <br />fence or wall ~zich shall constitute a barrier of 100% solidity not less <br />t~u eight feet in height or any equal or adequate natural barrier, and pro- <br />vided that no open burning sh~l] be conducted by any Junkyard operator or <br />his agents or ezsployees at any Jur~rysrd site; each day's continuance of such <br />open burning shall constitute a separate violation of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Linseed oil~ shellac, t~Pent~, manufacture or refining. <br /> <br />Oilcloth or linoleum manufacture. - <br /> <br />Ore reduction. <br /> <br />Paper, pulp, cardboard, and building board manufacture. <br /> <br />. Rubber manufacture. <br /> <br />Scrap processors, but or~y when all operations are conducted within an area <br />permanently enclosed by a fence or wall which shall constitute a barrier of <br />100% solidity not less than eight feet in height or any eq~l or adequate <br />natural barrier, and provided that no open burning shall be conducted by <br />any scrap processor or his agents or amployees at any such place of busi- <br />ness; each day's continuance of such open burning shall constitute a sepa- <br />rate violation of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Soap~ deterge~ut and washing compound manufacture. <br /> <br /> <br />
