Be it ordained by the Council of .... * ohe ol~y of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Section 4-4 of the Zor~ng Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth VlrgzP~a, 1961, be amended and reordained to read as follows: Section 4-4. industrial M-2 District Uses.
