How compensation determined. <br /> <br /> · .T~.e compensation of each employee s~all be based on his <br />¢lassificatzon. · . an~ shall be determined accord'mng~tothe campSnsation <br />pzauneremna~er set forth and the other provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3.
