AA ORDiHANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH~ VIR- <br />GINIA 1961, CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE II THEREOF, BY A~IENDING SECTION <br />25-5 PERTAINING TO FEES TO BE CHARGED AT CITY GOLF COURSES. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Chapter 25, Article II of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 25-5. Fees. <br /> <br /> Any person desirin? to play golf shall first apply to the <br />caretaker of the golf course and pay, before starting to play, <br />the following fees: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The City Park Golf Course: <br />Unlimited play - week days $ 1.50 <br />18 holes or less - weekends and <br />holidays 1.75 <br />Annual fee 60.00 <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />At Sleepy Hole Golf Course: <br />9 holes - week days 2.00 <br />18 holes - week days 3.50 <br />All day - week days 5.00 <br />9 holes - weekends and holidays 2.50 <br />18 holes - weekends and holidays 4.00 <br />All day - weekends and holidays 6.00 <br />Annual ~embership (Payable in advance) <br />(If Purchased Before July 1, 1972 <br />First Year $125.00) 175o00 <br />Books of Tickets 10 - 18 holes <br />Anytime 30.00 <br />Books of Tickets 20 - 18 holes <br /> Anytime 50.00 <br />Senior Citizens (Portsmouth Membership <br />in Senior Citizen Club) - 18 holes <br />week days only 1.50 <br />High School Students 18 holes - week <br /> days only 1.50 <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held November 23~ 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
