or addresses of any of the persons required as part of the re- gistration statement are changed, a new registration statement shall be made within ten days from the date of said change, in the same manner and form as herein prescribed. If any such new registration is not made within the time set forth in this code, then the fee to be paid shall be double the amount of the fee required by this code for the period of time that the regis- tration is found to be improper. Section 4-77 Fee schedule for vacant and/or unoccupied build- ingso The fee for each month or fraction thereof for which .~ch vaca~R~t or ~a~cc~isd_h~uildi~g is r~istered shall be as herein set forth: Single Family or ~o Family Dwellings - $20°00 per month Multiple Family Apartment Dwellings - $20°00 per month plus $3.00 per month for each additional apartment above two.
