AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $140,000 FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE FURTHER WIDENING OF HIGH STREET WEST. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand <br />and no/i00 ($140,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the General Capital Improvement Fund for the <br />widening of High Street West from Coleman's Nursery to Church- <br />land High School. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 9, 1972~ <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
