Section 25-40. Disposal of refuse, garbage, etc. <br /> <br /> No person shall deposit in any part of any park any <br />garbage~ sewerage, refuse, waste~ vegetables, foodstuffs, boxes, <br />tin cans, paper~ or other litter or other waste material or <br />obnoxious ma~eria!~ except in consainers designed for such <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Section 25-41. Pollution of waters. <br /> <br /> ~[o person shall in the streams; lakes or other <br />waters of any park bathe dogs or other animals, wash vehicles <br />or clothing, or throw, drop, or discharge into or leave in the <br />strea~.s, ~a~es or other waters of the ~ark_ or in any storm <br />sewer or drain flowing into said waters, any substance~ matter <br />or ~nzng, liquid_ or solid, which mav or shall result in the <br />pollution of said waters, or start the water flowing from <br />any water supply oz spigot not spec_zzcally designated as <br />a watering place for people or animals. <br /> <br />Section 25-42 Eathing, where p~rm~ted <br /> <br /> No perso~ .o~am~ bathe, 'wa~e, 'or_ s~%m in any v~'ters <br />in any park except at such himes~ and in such places, as the <br />City 5[anager may aesmg_.ate as bathing areas, and unless so <br />covered with a bathing suit as to prevent any indecent ex- <br />posure of the person. <br /> <br />Section 25-43. Dressing and undressing. <br /> <br /> Dressing and undressing, except in bathhouses, <br />tents, or other enclosed camping vehicles is prohibited. <br /> <br />Section 25-44. Entering toilet set aside for opposite sex. <br /> <br /> No person shall enter a toilet set aside for the <br />opposite sex. <br /> <br />Section 25-45. Picnicking. <br /> <br /> Picnicking is allowed only in the areas designed <br />as plcnlc areas. <br /> <br />Section 25-46.
